We completed our Math book that came with the curriculum so I added some more math practice worksheets for her. Here she is practicing adding double digits.

SCIENCE
After learning about plants and how different animals help with pollinating plants Kanani wanted to teach her brother about bees and their bee hives. She made a bee hive using her wooden pattern blocks.
Here she used our bee life cycle figures to teach her brother about bees.

Underneath the moon
Each caterpillar spun herself
A wonderful cocoon

FIELD TRIP
Went to the library to learn about foxes during story time
Watching raisins dance
Made cute little fox faces out of paper plates and when we got home I glued some craft sticks on the back of them so they could use them as puppets.
END OF WEEK
Went to the co-op and learned about how to keep our bodies healthy through exercise and eating right.
After exercising and playing outside we sat down and enjoyed a picnic.
