Excited to almost have our map completed, added Wisconsin and Iowa.
After reading the story of Marshall (the one who discovered gold) and got nothing for his discovery made Kanani mad and she kept saying how unfair that was.
Remembering when we went searching for gems at Hubbs Corn Maze a few months ago. It's always such a fun and exciting activity.

Added the California Gold Rush to our timeline this week.

Decorating their heart shape coffee filters.
Their hearts came out so cute.
SCIENCE
Helping to Mix Experiment
Cleaning bird experiment with butter and dish soap.
Making Bubbles Experiment
One of our favorite books
Brought out our Molecular Visions for the kids to learn more a about atoms and molecules and how they combine. They got a chance to build their own model of water H2O.
Explaining what she has learned about atoms and molecules.
NATURE WALK
This we enjoyed some time outdoors at my parents house and played at the playground.

In Dartanian's class they talked about the Olympics and made their medals and torch.
In Kanani's class they made life size superheroes of themselves.
