This week we will learn about New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, and North Carolina.  Learn more about birds and about the Northern Cardinal.

Kanani hasn't enjoyed much of the art book that came with curriculum so we will be free drawing from here on out. 
SCIENCE




We made bird feeders for our wild birds

Went for a walk around the neighborhood.




After our walk we practiced some soccer with the kids

Watched Veggietales Moe and the Big Exit, and Little Joe to go with the story of how Jesus made the way for the Israelites.

ACTIVITIES
  


Went to Hubb's Corn Maze with our homeschool co-op group.



Kids love to sit on the big chair at the farm 




This year the farm had a mining event going on.  Kids love searching for gems.




They got to take a pumpkin before leaving the farm, Kanani's pumpkin was shaped like cherries.

For story time the theme was costumes




Dress up time 


This week we learned about New Hampshire, Virginia, New York, and North Carolina.  We made bird feeders for the wild birds around our yard.  Also learned about the Wright Brothers and the Northern Cardinal.
