TODDLER PRESCHOOL: SINK & FLOAT (Qq, #17, BROWN, RECTANGULAR PRISM)
This week we will learn about sink and float objects in water, the letter Qq, number 17, the color brown, and the rectangular prism shape.

ACTIVITIES
Used one of our Bible Cards to read to the kids about the burning bush
After the kids about Moses and the Burning Bush they made their own bush. First they colored in a coffee filter with some water color markers and they sprayed some water on the filter for the colors to run together. Afterwards little man wanted to clean up his mess.

To go with our sink and float theme he tried to push a balloon down into the water.

It was so neat to watch the balloons fill up

FIELD TRIP
Story time at the library was about Pumpkins
They were so excited to find the Jack-O-Lantern
They played ring around the shapes to get the pieces they needed to complete their Jack-O-Lanterns

Enjoyed watching the science experiment of the reaction of baking soda and vinegar in the pumpkin.

END OF THE WEEK
Picture day at the co-op, while the kids waited for their pictures to be taken they played indoors with some games and then enjoyed some time outside.
His first trip to the dentist
After dealing having to take a week off due to Hurricane Matthew we finally got back into the swing of things. We learned about objects that sink and float in water. The letter Qq, #17, color brown, and the rectangular prism shape.
