This week we will learn about Thomas Jefferson, Declaration of Independence, John Adams, Benjamin Rush, Echoes in Europe, Benjamin Franklin in France, Marie Antoinette, Lafayette sails in America, George Rogers Clark, Bon Homme Richard, and pollination.  Also read about Charles Dickens, John Brown, Johnathan Edwards, and clothing through the centuries.

Read about Charles Dickens, John Brown, John Adams, the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson, the war in the South, clothing through the centuries, bill of rights, Benjamin Rush, Benjamin Franklin in France, echoes in Europe, Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI, Jonathan Edwards, George Rogers, the Age of Revolution, Holland defends her trade, and revolutions in England and America.

SCIENCE

Learned about pollination, bees, a bee's landing pad, animal pollination, creation confirmation, orchids, flower color, nectar guides, a bee's ultraviolet vision, and getting the pollen.

ART/MUSIC


Kids painted little clay dinosaur.

CONCLUSION

This week we read about Charles Dickens, John Brown, John Adams, the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson, the war in the South, clothing through the centuries, bill of rights, Benjamin Rush, Benjamin Franklin in France, echoes in Europe, Marie Antoinette and Louis XVI, Jonathan Edwards, George Rogers, the Age of Revolution, Holland defends her trade, and revolutions in England and America. Also learned about pollination, bees, a bee's landing pad, animal pollination, creation confirmation, orchids, flower color, nectar guides, a bee's ultraviolet vision, and getting the pollen.   Ended the week with the kids achieving their third yellow strip on their white belt.  So proud of their hard work and dedication.  Now unto next week to see what adventures are in store for us.
