Nature Center Mt. Aetna Camp and Retreat Center

Got to go the Nature Center at Mt. Aetna with the co-op group.  There we got a closer look at nature, animals, and learned the history of the nature center.  Highlight of the trip was getting to hold all the snakes, and the bearded dragon named Peanut Butter.  Wonderful experience and will definitely be making this trip more with the family.

If it's not a rock it's a stick he always wants to bring home.

Field Trip: Tolson's Chapel Sharpsburg, Maryland

Tolson's Chapel Sharpsburg, Maryland

Went with the co-op to learn the history and explore Tolson's Chapel in Sharpsburg, Maryland.  After learning about the history of the chapel and getting a closer look at everything we went and enjoyed some delicious ice cream at Nutter's Ice Cream.

Field Trip: City Park Train Hub Maryland

Went to City Park Train Hub with the family to learn some history about trains, and then enjoyed some time exploring the museum, and getting a closer look at different parts of a train.  Also got to have fun in the park with the family.
