Also read about Eric the Red, Leif Ericsson, farm life, Valhalla, ravens feed Elijah, the kingdom divides, the widow of Zarephath, Naboth's vineyard, the greatest of all the pharaohs, the mighty archer, and the pharaoh and the sphinx.

This week we got to enjoy some snow and K's recital for her guitar class.

This week we learned about the good Samaritan, mystery plays, stained glass, monks, manuscripts, the early English Bible, the Norseman, the Vikings, Norse explorations, raiders, settlers, and the Norse gods. Also read about Eric the Red, Leif Ericsson, farm life, Valhalla, ravens feed Elijah, the kingdom divides, the widow of Zarephath, Naboth's vineyard, the greatest of all the pharaohs, the mighty archer, and the pharaoh and the sphinx. Read about pullers, muscles, body heat, pulling power, microbiology, archaea, bacteria, microscopy, and culturing. Ended the week with K's guitar recital, she did an amazing job for it to be her first time playing in front of people. So proud of how far she has gotten, her teacher was so proud of her. Now to enjoy two weeks off for Christmas break.
