This week we will learn about our place in the world, religion in history, exploring Canaan, eternity, Balaam, Germanic tribes, John the baptist, Tiberius, temptation of Jesus, Jesus' death and resurrection, and new religion in Rome. Also learn about our eyes, how it works, parts of our eye, and how we see.

FIELD TRIP

This week the kids and I were recovering from a cold, by the end of the week we all were feeling back to our normal selves, we stayed home to recover and relax.

CONCLUSION

Learned about Roman influence, Tiberius, Hermann, Julio-Claudian Dynasty, the kingdom of Heaven, your place in the world, religion in history, eternity before creation, buried treasure, tomb treasure, the Egyptian empire, temples, and gods. Also read about writing, parties, life at home, the end of Egyptian Empire, more about Greek gods, new religion for Rome, the dove and the devil, prepare the way, and Jesus at Nazareth. Read about Jesus is baptized, the bronze serpent, Jesus is tempted, Jesus at synagogue, and the twelve spies. Learned about our eyes, seeing is believing, how our eyes work, lashes and lids, seeing, eye problems, the eye, tears, glasses, why our eyes set apart, budding, binary fission, and mitosis. Learned a lot this week, the kids and me all had a cold and are finally recovered from it, glad we are all back to normal and looking forward to see what adventures are in store for us next week.
