MFW: RTR AND LEARNING GOD'S STORY WEEK 29
This week we will learn about the when Jesus was a boy, Jesus getting baptized, Fishermen of God, and healing the man on the mat. Also learn about Vespucci and Magellan, Maya, Aztec, City of Tenochtitlan, the Incas, and explorations and event that impacted East and West. Lots of learning going on this week.

Proofreading a story and reading practice.
Adjectives, comparative adjectives, and superlative adjective work and more reading.

Lots of reading this week and some spelling word practice.
MATH
Cubic units, counting units, and finishing the pattern.
More work on cubic units, even Larry Boy joined in on the fun.
Adding, subtracting, and dividing measurements.

HISTORY
More practice on the Mayan Numbers.
The Aztecs, Aztec Society, Inca Society, Aztecs rise to power, early settlers in Peru, and the Inca Empire.
After learning about synagogue school, D tasted some honey like the kids had on their first day of school.
SCIENCE
Rotation and Revolution, finding Jupiter in the Night Sky, it's many moons, who named Jupiter and the Spacecraft Galileo.
Colored in the planet Jupiter.
Learning about how seeds work, focusing on the red beans. We put some in two jars, one on the side and the other one vertical.
Soaked some red beans overnight and then observed how they looked after soaking up the water.
In less then a week the beans have grown a lot.
Kids were outside playing with water and soap they decided to pop some bubbles that formed in the measuring cup with their faces. Silly kids!

This week we learned about the when Jesus was a boy, Jesus getting baptized, Fishermen of God, and healing the man on the mat. Also learned about Vespucci and Magellan, Maya, Aztec, City of Tenochtitlan, the Incas, and explorations and event that impacted East and West. Did some experiments on red beans and enjoyed some time outside. Now unto next week to see what adventures are in store for us.
