This week we will learn about Queen Victoria, Sepoy Rebellion in India, the Crimean War, the man who was different, footsteps in the snow, the ring and the roses, chemistry, and lots of other activities.

Learned about Britain's Empire, Victoria's England, the Crimean War, Pre-Colonial Period, Colonialism, Millard Fillmore, Franklin Pierce, and Early Nationalism.

FIELD TRIP
Found a ice cream shop and went to try it out, it was a pretty good experience. Will have to go back and try some other flavors.
Craft at the library: Paper Plate Dinosaur
Went white water rafting with the family, it was a very relaxing day in the waters, so peaceful, and such beautiful environment.
CONCLUSION
This week the kids worked on Spanish, reading, writing, comprehension, reports, and poetry. Worked on Geometry, Algebra 2 Polynomial, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions. Studied Chemistry, Isotope notation, expanding and escaping air, gas to liquid to solid to liquid to gas, bubble power, compressed gas, and matter. Did Computer Skills, Financial Literacy, College Prep, Theater Arts, Music, and Lesson #60 Earth Colors. Ended the week going white water rafting with the family, great way to end the week and enjoy our time together. Now unto next week to see what adventures are in store for us.
