This week we will learn about mummies, more on pyramids, Sukkoth Fest, Egypt's capital Memphis, the Great Pyramids, and religion.  Also learn about the quarry, the Middle East, the stars, finding North and South, and King Tut.

Build Pyramids while learning all the parts of a pyramid, the stars, and finding North and South.

FIELD TRIPS

Went to a Comic Con at our local library, the kids dressed up as Tanjiro Kamado and Nezuko Kamado.  D won 1st place in the kids division, and K won 3rd place in the teens division. It was a lot of fun and the kids are looking forward to next year and are starting to look for their cosplay costumes.  

CONCLUSION

This week we will read about the quarry, pyramids in Egypt, religion, the Great Pyramids, mummies, the underworld, the afterlife, graves, bodies of the rich, the steps of mummification, the middle East, the burial chambers, sarcophagus, and the discovery of Tutankhamen's tomb.  Build Pyramids while learning all the parts of a pyramid, the stars, and finding North and South.  Been a fun week of learning, now unto next week to see what adventures are in store for us.
