MFW: CTG (4th and 8th Grade) Week 3

This week we will learn what happened after the flood, Noah's descendants, tower of Babel, Fertile Crescent and Mesopotamia, and Rosh Hashanah.  Also learn more about light that is reflected and absorbed, and energy conversion in Creation.  In for a busy fun filled week.

HISTORY

Read about societal development, the beginning of written history, the Ice Age, the Fertile Crescent, Noah, Tower of Babel, and the migration of Noah's descendants.










SCIENCE

Learned and did some experiments about light that is reflected and absorbed, and energy conversion in Creation.

CONCLUSION

This week we read about societal development, the beginning of written history, the Ice Age, the Fertile Crescent, Noah, Tower of Babel, and the migration of Noah's descendants.  Learned and did some experiments about light that is reflected and absorbed, and energy conversion in Creation.  Ended the week going to Shepherd Field with our co-op to learn about aviation, kids really enjoyed it, and loved watching the planes take off.  Now unto next week to see what adventures are in store for us.
